Bella is quickly rising to the top of my list of
“Easiest Fosters Ever”.
She is such an easy keeper.

She is such an easy keeper.
Sorry only one lousy picture. More to come I promise.
Quiet
No unnecessary barking
Nice size at about 11lbs
Walks well on the leash
Eats well, and doesn’t steal Charlie’s food
No guarding issues
Crates by herself with or without a treat
Rest quietly in the crate until we open the door
Rides well in the car
Plays nicely with Charlie. (This has happened only once or twice,
but I’m sure there is more play to come)
Loves to rest on your lap while you watch TV, but equally content
to lay in a doggy bed
Not adamant about following me from room to room.
No signs of separation anxiety
And…… BEST
OF ALL…..(drum roll please)…… NO accidents !!
House-trained in my home with scheduled trips outside.
I can honestly say, that I can’t think of one negative thing about
Bella.
A keeper for sure. (And she just might be my keeper, if she stays
much longer)
Bella is slightly longer than she is tall, but not so close to the ground that I would call her a Doxi. And there is no prey drive or nose to the ground.
She also has a small, hardly noticeable under-bite. So may be some Shih Tzu going on?
Her coat is rough or wiry with just a sprinkle of white hair, so maybe a little Schnauzer going on?
But... if I had to take a guess at the majority breed, it would be Chihuahua. She just has a certain spirit about her. Her happy personality, with the shape of her head and her expressive eyes, make me think Chihauhua.
